If you need to order more routine medication you do not need to speak to a doctor.
You can order your repeat prescription:
– By posting your request in our post box at the main entrance.
– Via your preferred pharmacy.
– Online via our website: www.craigmillarmedicalgroup.co.uk
Due to safety reasons as a practice we are unable to take requests over the phone and require all requests to be in writing.
Please specify your preferred pharmacy when ordering your prescriptions as we are now sending all requests directly to your preferred pharmacy.
Please note we no longer post prescriptions to pharmacies which do not collect from us.
If you have ordered a prescription it takes 48 hours (2 working days) to be processed and if you order via your pharmacy it may take longer so it is important you allow enough time when ordering medication to ensure you do not run out.
The surgery is very busy and even more so during this difficult time. If you have specified a preferred pharmacy to collect your prescription from you must check with them to ensure it is ready. We will no longer be checking for prescriptions routinely over the phone.
