The practice can arrange an interpreter for both telephone calls and appointments if required. Please inform the care coordinator of the language that is required at the time of booking.
As the practice runs a telephone triage system , the initial contact will be by telephone with an interpreter. If a face-to-face appointment is required, we can use a telephone interpreter during the consultation.
You can choose to have a relative or friend be your interpreter although we prefer that young children do not act as interpreters.
