Video Recording

We occasionally record consultations for teaching purposes and may ask for your written consent for this to be done. This is to assess the doctor’s performance only. If you do not wish to have your consultation recorded please let the doctor know. If you prefer not to have your consultation recorded please be assured it will not affect your treatment. These videos are kept in a secure place and are erased as soon as their teaching role is finished.


Noticeboard

Text reminders can be sent to your mobile phone so that you never forget an appointment again.  Please let Reception know your up to date mobile number so you don't miss out.  If you get a text reminder and cannot attend your appoinment please let us know so that we can give it to someone else.
